The Gravity Awards Finale Showcase of 2026

As the summer solstice nears and the Gravity Awards come to a close with the school season, we’re excited to introduce the epitome of our Gravity Awards competition: The Gravity Awards Finale Showcase (part of the Summer Solstice Star Party). 

The Gravity Awards have been running all year, and this event honors the members who have not only won the Gravity Awards, but also empowered the community with their Slooh-record work.

The event takes place in June every year, featuring:

• Hosts from the Slooh team and special guests

• Special awards for the Gravity Awards finalists, personalized to their work on Slooh

• Exclusive interviews with each finalist to learn more about them and their work

• A reveal of the Gravity Yearbook: a publicly available document showcasing the work of the finalists and a reference for future explorers

And this year, it’s happening at the Summer Solstice Star Party on June 20th 7PM ET. 

The event will be co-hosted by Slooh's Director of Education Partnerships, Anna Paolucci and Gravity Guild Member Lương Long Giang (Tini).

Tini is currently a homeschooled student from Vietnam and a member of Slooh's 2026 Gravity Guild. Her Slooh journey started with the Cosmic Girls organization, where she was introduced to the platform as a Cosmic Girls member. Since then, Slooh has been her go-to for communicating her passion for astronomy. Most recently, she has designed Slooh's Gravity Yearbook and the Gravity Awards Finale certificates. Other than astronomy, she love all things aerospace and robotics, as well as learning more about the world.
